I’m Ximena, a fashion illustrator and creative director with a love for beautiful design and meaningful storytelling. I was born in Argentina, raised in the U.S., and now I live in New Zealand.

My style blends fashion, art, and branding in a way that’s both creative and intentional. With a background in design, illustration, and social media, I bring both artistic detail and big-picture thinking to every project. Whether it’s a logo, color palette, or custom illustration, I always aim to create something timeless and personal.

My Journey

I’ve always seen myself as an artist. Since I was little, I’ve been painting, sketching, or cutting and pasting collages, drawn to creativity in its purest form. I started with traditional tools like pencils, ink, and watercolors, creating simply for the joy of it. Over time, I explored every style I could, from sweeping landscapes to detailed, realistic portraits, which are still one of my favorite things to draw.

Fashion has always been my other love. I studied Fashion Design in Houston, but I quickly realized I wasn’t drawn to making garments. What really captured me was the visual identity behind fashion; the stories, the style, the imagery. I kept wondering how I could bring my love for art into that world.

Just before lockdown in New Zealand, a close friend who is a comic book artist introduced me to digital illustration. It opened a whole new world. With time to explore and practice, my style began to evolve into what it is today.

Over the past few years, I’ve taken focused courses in graphic design and built my skills in Illustrator and Photoshop to an advanced level. I’ve also worked in social media and visual content creation, which gave me a strong sense of how creative work connects with people and builds brands.

Now I see art and branding as one. My work lives in that space where fashion illustration meets thoughtful design. Through that fusion, I help brands tell their story, stand out with intention, and leave a lasting impression.
